In order to grow my readership, I often put a few free chapters onto sites like Wattpad and Literotica. Wattpad is particularly interesting, because it provides reader stats, including a map of where in the world each story has been accessed from. An example is below for Fictional Fantasies; one of my naughtiest books.

Q: What does this map tell me?

A: That readers who enjoy smut the most are located in the US, the UK and India, with Germany, Canada and Australia not far behind! To be honest, it doesn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know 🙂
