Happy new year to all you lovely people and here is hoping 2021 is a damn sight better than 2020 turned out to be! I won’t tempt fate and suggest it couldn’t get any worse, but will instead just keep my fingers crossed that the Covid vaccination rollout continues at pace, and that Spring is just around the corner.
I’m sitting here at my desk in my study, looking out onto a grey English morning. The trees are bare of leaves, their branches alive with all manner of native song birds, thanks to the bird feeding station my parents gave us for Christmas! I’ve loved seeing all the visitors appear over the past week, as they realise there are delicacies on offer to them, which weren’t being offered before. Unfortunately, the squirrels, magpies and resident buzzard are continually on the lookout too, but that’s nature I guess! Possibly the most exciting moment over Christmas was seeing a Kingfisher in our garden, not that it was being drawn in by the bird feeder! Such a beautiful bird (and no, I absolutely did not take this photo!).

Christmas was a quiet one in our household with very few visitors, thanks to social distancing and tiering rules. But that didn’t prevent a good time being had by all, and me drinking far more mulled wine than is traditionally sensible!
The downtime did allow me to take stock of 2020 and consider which of my books have sold best over the past 12 months. I thought you might be interested to see the top 5, three of which were published in 2020:
1st – One Hot Wynter’s Night. Released in March 2020, this popular book is sitting at the top of my sales list, by quite a margin. I have to say that wickedly naughty Kristoff (with two F’s) is one of my favourite characters, so it probably isn’t surprising. Plus the title has a number in it, which is apparently known to increase sales – who knew?!
Favourite feedback: “A pleasure to read, and very alluring.”
Available from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com.au and Amazon.ca.

2nd – Patients is a Virtue. Released almost exactly a year ago in January 2020, I have a seriously soft spot for this book. As someone commented on Amazon “This book could have been really trashy, but it was actually quite a lovely love story.” I agree that a blossoming romance between a sex therapist and his patient could have been ewwwwww! But I ended up falling in love with Ben and Olivia, as they were falling in love with each other.
Favourite Feedback: “A mere male – and a gay one at that – I thoroughly enjoyed reading your story. Both characters are so very believable and I found the growing tension between them really engrossing and engaging. I wish to warmly congratulate you and commend your skill and ability to titillate even little old me.”
Available from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com.au and Amazon.ca.

3rd – To Love, Honour and…Oh Pay. This book was released two years ago now, but continues to remain popular and is my bestselling novel to date. A twist on the arranged marriage scenario, William in seeking a bride in order that he might legally inherit his family estate. Elizabeth is the no-nonsense solicitor who fits the bill perfectly. The arrangement was never supposed to be a sexual one, however. I’m just starting to put pen to paper (well, fingers to keyboard) to draft a follow-on book to this one, so look out for that later this year.
Favourite Feedback: “This was the most erotic thing I have ever read.”
Available from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com.au and Amazon.ca.
4th – Three Times Moor Pleasure. Only published in October, I’ve been impressed with the sales for my first attempt at a Reverse Harem. It is set in snowy weather, so is perhaps a seasonal book which might not be so popular in the searing summer heat, but we shall see! Overall, I really enjoyed writing the dynamic between Alice and her three hot men, even though I did write it over the summer of 2020, sitting in a deckchair in the garden with the sun warming my skin, which makes writing snow scenes quite tricky! Fortunately, I have quite an active imagination…
Favourite Feedback: “This is my first time reading this Author and I’m an instant fan. The sexy times were SMOKIN’. OMGOODNESS where is the fire extinguisher??”
Available from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com.au and Amazon.ca.

5th – Better Fate than Never. Published at the latter end of 2019, this is a story which my wonderful narrator is just about to record as an audiobook. In the story, Jenny and Finn fight like cat and dog to start with but gradually, the barriers are broken down to leave lust and naughtiness! Set within a background of family feuds and hidden treasures, I can understand why readers have continued to enjoy this one.
Favourite Feedback: “Classy, robust, juicy, & imaginative, are just some of the descriptors that come to mind… I’m hooked!”
Available from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com.au and Amazon.ca.
