Does length matter?

I would argue that it’s certainly something that needs to be taken into consideration.

Which is why I use the following pricing structure, as a general rule, when I sell my erotic romance books! That way, my readers know exactly what they’re getting and that the pricing has been calculated fairly.

This is my (not very) secret formula:

Less than £1 – A short story (typically between 14,000 and 18,000 words)

£2.50 to £2.99 – A novella (typically between 35,000 and 45,000 words)

£3.50 to £3.99 – A full-length novel (typically between 60,000 and 90,000 words)

Up to £9.99 – Various compilations (typically made up of 3 or 4 full length books)

And yet, as always, rules are made to be broken, so occasionally I give books away free! One example is ‘Bad Girls go to Heaven’, which I gift to anybody signing up to my newsletter. Alternatively, this ebook can be purchased on Amazon, including at Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com. Enjoy!
